Job Description

Provide our growing client roster with world-class account support, adding consistent value and effectively executing against their complex campaign needs.  We offer marketers the highest level technology to speak directly with the most relevant consumers on a large scale.  This unique and sophisticated service has multiple moving parts and requires the ability to manage the details seamlessly.  Dotomi fosters and grows our business by providing industry leading client relationship management to top online advertisers.  To further that end, we are looking for only the most talented online account managers who have demonstrated an excellent track record in client relations, project management and problem solving, with a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a team environment.

This position is responsible for client relations, account management, project management and ad campaign execution, launch and success for Fortune 500 advertisers. You will also be accountable for maintaining and maximize client revenue, ultimately helping us grow our market share.

Qualifications

A strong candidate for this position
will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record in Account Management  (media or interactive agency experience is a plus)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of client relations/account management experience.  MUST HAVE Online experience already!
  • Excellent client service acumen, presentation and writing skills
  • Creative, self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple projects while consistently meeting and exceeding objectives
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Track record of working across an organization to get things done
  • The ability to learn quickly and think strategically + identify areas of improvement and act on them
  • Bachelors degree
