| Job Description |
Dotomi's Development group is looking for a highly motivated individual to implement various Java modules for a highly scalable system with stringent performance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, unit test and integrate various parts of our highly scalable system
- Interact with Product Managers, System Architects, QA and other groups in the company on a continuous basis
- Demonstrate outstanding technical skills including an innovative and resourceful personality with the willingness and ability to work hard and complete projects on time |

| Qualifications |
- At least 5 years of experience in developing client-server applications
- At least a bachelors degree in Computer Science or any other related field
- Excellent understanding of Object Oriented methodology and design
- Excellent understanding of multithreaded applications
- Experience in XML
- Experience with SQL and databases
- Experience with different data structures and their performance
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP)
- Strong understanding of client-server programming
- Ability to learn and investigate new areas independently
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
- Self Starter in an entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get the work done.
