This is an incredible opportunity for your talents to shine in a fun work environment. You will be responsible for ad campaign execution including Flash action scripting development and implementation, animation and ad production for Fortune 500 advertisers. You will be accountable for mainting product and creative exellence and for pushing the creative and product envelope. Responsibilities will include: -Work with team to develop Flash ad campaigns for clients. -Produce and animate unique branded Direct ad campaigns using Flash and Dotomi's proprietary product platform. -Troubleshoot design and formal issues. -Successfully interact with clients and other design firms to coordinate delivery of artwork to Dotomit specs. -Participate in client product development, as a contributor to an interdisciplianry team that includes creative leads, other designers, business and brand strategists and software developers. |

| Qualifications |
-Bachelors Degree in graphic design/animation, interactive design or related.
-Online experience.
-Portfolio of work to include graphic design, Action Scripting and animation
-Self starter
-Fluent coding in ActionScript 1, 2 a plus
-Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, server side communication, Flash and CSS.
