JOHN GIULIANI, CEO

John Giuliani is a seasoned executive with almost 25 years of experience in growing organizations successfully. As CEO and Chairman of the Board, John drives the vision for the company by focusing on strategic growth and client success. John fosters Dotomi’s leadership position in on-line marketing by working to provide innovative services and cutting-edge technology for our clients.

Before joining Dotomi, John founded Rainmaker Consulting Group Inc. specializing in strategic sales and marketing consulting with marketing services firms. John also served as President-North America for Catalina Marketing Services, providing behavioral and database marketing as well as internet solutions to key Fortune 1000 companies. John’s leadership resulted in record revenues and net-profits.

John is a member of the Board of Directors at Fingerhut Direct Marketing as well as a former Board Member or Advisory Board Member of Q Interactive, SuperMarkets Online, Affinova, Claria, Imagitas, and El Dorado Marketing.

John spent four years with ACTMEDIA where he was part of the launch team of the Instant Coupon Machine. Before entering the Marketing Services space, John spent eight years in CPG Sales and Marketing with Beecham Products and Frito-Lay Inc.

John has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management as well as BS, with Honors from the University of Illinois. Top of page



YAIR GOLDFINGER, CO-FOUNDER, CTO

As the Co-Founder and CTO of Dotomi, Yair Goldfinger leads the research and development of the on-line advertising technology with a focus on creating, personal, relevant and timely one-to-one messaging. Yair started Dotomi with the goal of delivering a solution necessary for marketers to establish one-to-one communication with their customers.

Prior to starting Dotomi, Yair co-founded ICQ, the world's first internet-wide instant messaging service. Yair is accredited with the development of Instant Messaging. ICQ was acquired by AOL in 1998.

Yair holds a BA in Math and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University and was granted the Wharton Infosys Business Transformation Award in 2005. Yair is an active investor in several Israeli start-up companies.Top of page



BRIAN POZESKY, SVP, MEDIA & ANALYTICS

As Senior Vice President of Analytics at Dotomi, Brian Pozesky is responsible for leading our campaign measurement, media optimization, and consumer modeling efforts to produce outstanding results for our clients. Brian comes to Dotomi with over 15 years of database and analytical experience.

Prior to joining Dotomi, Brian was an analytical consultant for Prophet Brand Strategy. Previous to Profit, Brian was the Senior Vice President of the Branded Properties Group at Q Interactive where he led the Product Management, Online Marketing, and Analytics teams. Together his team worked to execute and integrate an ROI-driven approach to consumer acquisition and retention. Brian's team worked with some of the nation's premier online media outlets, consumer packaged goods manufacturers and direct marketing companies. Among his team's accomplishments was the development of a suite of high-performance inventory management and analytical services. Prior to joining Q Interactive, Brian was a Director of Analytical Consulting with Spectra Marketing, a VNU-USA Marketing Information Systems company.

Brian received his MA in Economics from the American University and BA in Political Science from the University of Maryland. Top of page



ZOË MOSHE, VICE PRESIDENT CREATIVE & CLIENT SERVICES

As Vice President Creative & Client Services, Zoë Moshe leads our Creative Studio and Account Team as they help shape Dotomi’s unique vision. The teams work closely with leading advertisers to implement highly intelligent online marketing strategies and achieve their objectives. Zoë has over 10 years of leadership experience in Advertising and Design and Hi Tech companies.

As one of the veteran members of Dotomi, Zoë brings a wealth of proprietary knowledge and experience to her role. She has been instrumental in the development and implementation of our products and services since joining Dotomi in 2003. Zoë began her career at Dotomi as the Creative Director.

Prior to Dotomi, Zoë was Co-Founder and Partner in Puzzlehead Communication Design, where she was responsible for leading Account Management and the Creative Studio, working with customers such as Orbotech, Comverse, New Applicom, SAP Portals, NICE systems, shockwave.com, Koor Industries, and many more. Before Puzzlehead, Zoë was Creative Director at Glazer & Bar Advertising working with and growing accounts such as KIA Motors, Haagen Dazs, Nature Valley, Jumbo Supermarkets, Regba Kitchen Design. Zoë started her advertising career working as an Art Director at Grey Israel on top accounts such as Snapple, Pringles, Toshiba, Pantene, and Seimens.

Zoë holds a BA in Visual Communications from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and has held a lecturer position at Ascola-Meimad School of Design. Top of page



ANNE SULLIVAN, VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

As Vice President of Marketing at Dotomi, Anne Sullivan leads our corporate marketing, database marketing, and service development strategies to establish Dotomi as the leader in the on-line advertising space and position our cutting-edge solutions to businesses.

Anne comes to Dotomi with over 16 years in direct and database marketing, alternative media planning, product development, and client service experience. Most recently, Anne served as the Vice President of Marketing Services at I-Behavior, a leading co-operative database marketing company, where she worked with the founders since 2000 to develop the business.

Prior to I-Behavior, Anne was the Director of Partner Program Marketing for Priceline WebHouse Club, where she managed the segmentation and creative execution for all Partner Programs offered on the WebHouse Club website. Anne also started an Inbound and Alternative Media Marketing Department at Paradigm Direct, LLC, where she was responsible for the development, segmentation, and implementation of all inbound transfer plus, package insert/alternative media, radio, and television commercial programs for clients. Prior to Paradigm Direct, Anne was the Director of Inbound and Alternative Media for Cendant Membership Group managing the segmentation and creative execution for inbound transfer plus and package insert/alternative media programs. Anne began her direct and database marketing career at Walter Karl LMC, and continued managing databases as she started-up Marketing Information Technologies with the founders in 1993, currently owned by Experian.

Anne holds a BA in Psychology and certificates in Computer Science and Elementary Education from Manhattanville College. Top of page



CHARLES HARMAN, VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

As Dotomi’s Vice President of Business Development, Charles Harman drives the expansion of strategic media partnerships for Dotomi. Charles focuses on developing relationships with web publishers and ad networks to support Dotomi’s growth and enhance Dotomi’s success with clients. Charles brings over 15 years of management, sales, and marketing experience to Dotomi.

Prior to Dotomi, Charles was Director of Sales and Marketing at America Online where he focused on the emerging businesses of Digital City, ICQ, and AOLbyPhone. At Digital City, Charles contributed to the very early stages of AOL’s local strategy with the development of Digital City New York. At ICQ, Charles developed revenue opportunities and product marketing strategies for a fast growing instant messaging product. At AOLbyPhone, Charles was a member of the management team responsible for developing the business plan and national marketing strategy for AOL members.

Prior to AOL, Charles was a marketing and communications consultant for companies including AT&T WorldNet, IBM, Nabisco, MCI, MetLife, and MasterCard.

Charles holds a BA degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts.
