Position Summary
As the Salesforce.com administrator, you will be fully responsible for the implementation of Salesforce.com. You will serve as the primary point of contact for sales leadership and sales staff who require maintenance, configuration, reporting and training. You will also interface with senior leadership (executives, finance, HR) that require timely reporting and intuitive dashboards
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to support the needs of IT and development Team at Dotomi. A strong candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Years of Experience: 2+ years as an intense salesforce user / administrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A logical, detailed oriented thinker capable of converting concepts into tangible reports and user screens
- Fluency in Office applications and overall demonstrated computer proficiency
- Business acumen, including a strong sense of how CRM can influence business outcomes
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications, etc.: Salesforce.com training and/or certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the salesforce.com application. Ensure that user screens, reports, settings and configurations are properly set. Advance the application to improve user productivity - 20%
- Drive user acceptance of the system. Provide training and support to improve use. Establish guidelines and benchmarks regarding use and enforce user adoption using available data, standards and management support - 25%
- Ensure timely and effective reporting including forecasting and intuitive dashboards - 25%
- Drive advanced uses of salesforce including the evaluation, business justification and execution of advanced services such as customer intelligence, workflow systems - 10%
- Participate in cross functional teams that address strategic business problems involving CRM applications - 10%
- Input and/or coordinate the input of data into the system to support the sales organization - 10%
